Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Melthis (Bundle ID: com.melthis.app), a mobile application available on iOS and Android. By creating an account or using Melthis, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The Service

Melthis lets you describe a task you need to do. The app uses artificial intelligence to estimate how long it will take and, optionally, break it into steps, then helps you complete it with a built-in focus timer.

2. Accounts

You need an email address to sign in, either directly or through Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Melthis.

3. Subscriptions

Melthis offers weekly, monthly, and yearly subscription plans. Prices are shown in the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled before renewal.
• Cancel anytime from your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or Google Play account settings (Android) — Melthis cannot process cancellations directly.
• If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use "Restore Purchases" in the app to restore an active subscription.
• Where a free trial is offered, its length and terms are disclosed at the time of purchase, and it converts into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Melthis only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to process content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes on others' rights.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the task descriptions and other content you enter into Melthis. You grant us the right to process that content, including sending task text to a third-party AI provider, solely to provide the estimation and step-breakdown features of the service.

6. AI-Generated Estimates

Time estimates and step breakdowns are generated automatically and are approximations meant to help you get started — they are not guarantees of how long a task will actually take.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Melthis is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Melthis.

9. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Melthis at any time.

10. Termination

You may stop using Melthis and delete your account at any time from Settings > Privacy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Melthis after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Kullanım Şartları

Bu Kullanım Şartları ("Şartlar"), iOS ve Android'de sunulan bir mobil uygulama olan Melthis'i (Bundle ID: com.melthis.app) kullanımınızı düzenler. Bir hesap oluşturarak veya Melthis'i kullanarak bu Şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayınız.

1. Hizmet

Melthis, yapmanız gereken bir görevi tanımlamanızı sağlar. Uygulama, yapay zeka kullanarak görevin ne kadar süreceğini tahmin eder ve isteğe bağlı olarak adımlara böler; ardından dahili bir odak zamanlayıcısı ile görevi tamamlamanıza yardımcı olur.

2. Hesaplar

Giriş yapmak için doğrudan veya Apple Sign-In ya da Google Sign-In üzerinden bir e-posta adresine ihtiyacınız vardır. Hesap bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden ve hesabınız altında gerçekleşen tüm etkinliklerden siz sorumlusunuz. Melthis'i kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız.

3. Abonelikler

Melthis haftalık, aylık ve yıllık abonelik planları sunar. Fiyatlar, satın alma anında App Store veya Google Play üzerinde gösterilir.

• Abonelikler, yenileme öncesinde iptal edilmediği sürece her dönem sonunda otomatik olarak yenilenir.
• İstediğiniz zaman Apple ID hesap ayarlarınızdan (iOS) veya Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan (Android) iptal edebilirsiniz — Melthis iptal işlemlerini doğrudan gerçekleştiremez.
• Uygulamayı yeniden yüklerseniz veya cihaz değiştirirseniz, aktif aboneliğinizi geri yüklemek için uygulama içindeki "Restore Purchases" (Satın Almaları Geri Yükle) seçeneğini kullanın.
• Ücretsiz deneme sunulduğunda, süresi ve şartları satın alma anında bildirilir ve deneme süresi bitmeden iptal edilmediği sürece ücretli aboneliğe dönüşür.

4. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Melthis'i yalnızca yasal amaçlarla kullanmayı ve hizmeti kötüye kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz — buna hizmeti aksatmaya çalışmak, tersine mühendislik yapmak veya yasa dışı, istismarcı ya da başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerikleri işlemek için kullanmak da dahildir.

5. İçeriğiniz

Melthis'e girdiğiniz görev açıklamaları ve diğer içeriklerin mülkiyeti size aittir. Yalnızca hizmetin tahmin ve adımlara bölme özelliklerini sunmak amacıyla, görev metnini üçüncü taraf bir yapay zeka sağlayıcısına göndermek de dahil olmak üzere, bu içeriği işlememize izin verirsiniz.

6. Yapay Zeka Tahminleri

Süre tahminleri ve adım planları otomatik olarak oluşturulur ve size başlangıç için yardımcı olması amaçlanan yaklaşık değerlerdir — bir görevin gerçekte ne kadar süreceğinin garantisi değildir.

7. Garanti Reddi

Melthis, "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur; belirli bir amaca uygunluk veya kesintisiz kullanılabilirlik dahil, açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti verilmez.

8. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Melthis'i kullanımınızdan kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

9. Hizmette Değişiklik

Melthis'in herhangi bir bölümünü istediğimiz zaman değiştirebilir, askıya alabilir veya durdurabiliriz.

10. Fesih

İstediğiniz zaman Ayarlar > Gizlilik üzerinden Melthis'i kullanmayı bırakabilir ve hesabınızı silebilirsiniz. Bu Şartları ihlal etmeniz halinde erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.

11. Geçerli Hukuk

Bu Şartlar, kanunlar ihtilafı ilkeleri dikkate alınmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.

12. Bu Şartlardaki Değişiklikler

Bu Şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdikten sonra Melthis'i kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
